Come walk across the Crystal Bridge in the Tropical Conservatory at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. This little gem is a beautiful oasis right in downtown. Try not to look down as you walk across a 224 ft long, 70 ft diameter walkway covered by 3,028 translucent acrylic panels. If you make it across there, inside you’ll find multiple waterfalls and over 750 varieties of plants spread throughout two distinct climates.
Oklahoma City Zoo & Botanical Garden:
Ready to see animals up close and personal? Why not try feeding the Lorikeets over in the Exploreikeet Adventure, or feed stingrays in Stingray Bay. If you’re feeling really adventurous how about climbing up the Giraffe feeding platform and give them some lunch.
Inside the Science Museum Oklahoma lies a 20,000 sq ft village called Curiocity. Children get a taste for science when they explore any of the 8 whimsical neighborhoods waiting for them here. Play, create, and explore together for a fun family adventure.
Located right along the canal lies old abandoned factories that have been turned into funky shops, entertainment venues, restaurants, and other attractions. This is Oklahoma City’s premier entertainment hub. While here, why not take a narrated cruise along the canal and learn about the city’s rich culture and history.
45th Infantry Division Museum:
This is a must-see for all military history enthusiasts. Located in the Lincoln Park Armory you’ll find exhibits of firearms, uniforms and more. Take a walk outside into the 15 acre park and marvel at the many military vehicles on display.
